Ensign InfoSecurity is proud to be a Diamond sponsor of GovWare 2024, the region’s premier cybersecurity information and connectivity platform for the latest technology trends.
Join us at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore, Level 1, Hall B, Booth H02, 15 – 17 October 2024, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Today’s cyber attackers are leveraging increasingly sophisticated methods, including fake websites, MDM manipulation, phishing schemes, and even deepfake Zoom calls. To maintain a proactive stance, organisations must continually monitor their external cyber reputation to ensure timely and effective responses. Achieving this level of vigilance necessitates the adoption of innovative technologies that provide comprehensive protection both internally and externally.
Our theme, AI-Powered Innovations: Safeguarding Your Reputation, underscores the pivotal role artificial intelligence plays in defending against the ever-evolving spectrum of cyber threats. These threats not only undermine brand integrity but also erode stakeholder trust. Ensign’s AI-driven cybersecurity solutions enable early detection of threats, including scams and deepfakes, ensuring organisations remain ahead of potential attackers while preserving their reputational strength.

Time: 12:00PM - 12:30PM
Venue: Level 4, Room GW1 | Sands Expo and Convention Centre
In today’s rapidly changing cyber threat landscape, AI is a powerful force – driving advancements while also giving cybercriminals new tools to create deepfake videos, fake voices, and more.
At GovWare 2024, Tan Ah Tuan, Head of Ensign Labs, and Lee Joon Sern, Vice President of Machine Learning and Cloud Research at Ensign Labs, will discuss how AI is being harnessed for cyber defence. This keynote will highlight the critical need for governments and organisations to adopt a holistic approach to protecting digital spaces, with AI-powered solutions playing a pivotal role. They will explore innovative solutions for defending the digital space, with a focus on detecting deepfakes and phishing schemes that threaten both citizens and organisations through scams, misinformation, and disinformation.
Take advantage of this opportunity to learn how the future of cybersecurity is being shaped!

SICW Roundtable Discussion: The Geneva Manual on Responsible Behaviour in Cyberspace: How Do Cyber Norms Guide Us in Protecting Critical Infrastructure?
Date: 16 October 2024
Time: 10:00AM - 12:00PM
In today’s heightened geopolitical climate, cyber threats targeting critical infrastructure (CI) have become the norm, with decision-makers concerned about both malicious activities and insecure software development practices. These threats raise important questions: How can state and non-state stakeholders secure CI, and how do the "agreed cyber norms" support this effort?
The inaugural session will discuss the zero-draft of the new Geneva Manual chapters on CI protection, offering participants the chance to contribute, learn best practices, and network with cyber policy leaders.

SICW High-Level Plenary: Augmentation of Cybersecurity Operations Using Artificial Intelligence
Date: 17 October 2024
Time: 1:00PM - 2:00PM
Venue: Level 4, Studio H | Sands Expo and Convention Centre
Cyber threats are becoming increasingly sophisticated as threat actors tap on Generative AI (“GenAI”) technology to conduct their malicious activities. Phishing emails generated using GenAI are realistic and persuasive. Polymorphic malware created using GenAI can easily evade detection by traditional antivirus and security solutions. As cyber defenders, GenAI can be harnessed to enhance cybersecurity operations, such as log analytics and investigations. Other AI technologies can be leveraged to improve the effectiveness of existing cybersecurity measures.
Join the panel of leaders and experts as they discuss how AI can be tapped for cybersecurity operations.
